We have designed this wheel spinner to last a long time with sand blasting, also making it light enough to move with ease. The main bearings that are use are sealed bearing for long life, also easy to replace if ever needed (Replacements parts are also available). Fill arm support to keep the main plate from warping over time. The whole construction is made with 1/8 Steel, cut and bent right in Michigan. Size is 16x16 at the base, the roller area is 16x12, also the full height is 4"
The wheel rollers are easy to move for different size wheels or round parts that need to be blasted. Or they can be removed in seconds to do non-round parts and spin them around and around. Rollers are available to buy replacements if they start to wear quickly.
This design is still a work in progress and will change from the original over time to make easier assembly and better craftsmanship. If you have any questions or concerns let us know before ordering. If wanting different size spinners to let us know, we can design and make one to fit your needs.
If wanting powder coated, we do offer it, but since it will be mounted in a sand blasting environment is not necessary. The powder coating surface will be worn off quickly and is not covered.
There is also the ability of getting Steel rollers for blasting, or PVC rollers for show. They are non marring and good or already coated wheels.
